Disinfection with OZON on service vessels
How ozone is used
An ozone generator produces a gas consisting of oxygen and ozone. The generator is connected to a water source (seawater or fresh water), the gas is mixed into the water via an injector which can then be fed into a side stream of a tank, or sprayed directly onto equipment and areas to be disinfected.
Using an ozone system for disinfection is cheaper/more environmentally friendly than disinfection with chemicals, after treatment ozone returns to oxygen/air, and leaves no harmful residues. Ozone is therefore a very environmentally friendly and economical alternative to chemical disinfectants.

Portable, mobile and fixed ozone generators
Naustor Technology supplies mobile ozone generators on wheels, or on a frame, and larger, permanently mounted units.
Larger fixed systems are used when large quantities of disinfectant and frequent treatment are required. If consumption is moderate and the equipment to be treated is located in different locations, either a portable unit or a mobile unit on a frame may be beneficial. Frame-mounted units can also be permanently installed.

Naustor ozone generators have the following features:
Built-in compressor eliminates the need for compressed air supply.
Built-in oxygen generator that increases ozone concentration.
A built-in injector eliminates the need for an external mixing unit (injector) for mixing ozone into the water.
The generators are air-cooled. There is no need for an external cooling system. Installation is easy and there is little need for maintenance.
Built-in degasser ensures elimination of bubbles and excess gas.
The generators have a built-in control system with temperature protection and regulation.
Naustor Technology is approved as a supplier to the aquaculture industry.

Fixed and mobile ozone systems
Naustor Technology supplies ozone systems for fixed central installation, and mobile units.
Larger centrally mounted systems are used when large quantities of disinfectant and frequent treatment are required. If consumption is moderate and the equipment to be treated is located in different locations, it may be beneficial to have a mobile unit that can be easily moved between different locations. The mobile unit can also be mounted as a site mounted unit and is manufactured in two sizes.

Naustor ozone generators have the following features:
Works with both air and oxygen. Use with air produces enough ozone in most cases. Using oxygen increases the efficiency and ozone concentration/capacity considerably from the generator.
Floating Plate Technology™ reduces energy consumption. FPT also reduces fluid maintenance requirements and extends service life.
The generators are air-cooled. There is no need for an external cooling system. Installation is easy and there is little need for maintenance.
Degassing system ensures elimination of bubbles and excess gas.
The generators have a built-in control system with temperature protection and regulation.
All Naustor Technology ozone generators are approved for use in aquaculture operations.
